Ecuador with its many geographical zones, including Andean peaks, tropical rainforests and – 1,000 km (600 miles) off the coast – the volcanic Galapagos Islands, is home to an SBA office in Quito, the country capital. Since 2015, SBA has been an owner and operator of wireless infrastructure in Ecuador, where mobile is the dominant telecom sector and where SBA works with major mobile carriers to improve network coverage and capacity throughout the country’s diverse terrain.
