Job Description

Summary:
This position will be responsible for leading and managing the process associated with site development in Peru.  Provide management direction, supervision and leadership for the group.  Interface with clients and management to ensure workflow is being achieved and milestones are being reached in a timely fashion. 
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for standardization of site development process.
  • Direct and coordinate deployment meetings to facilitate the site development process.
  • Establish and enforce SBA policies, regulations and applicable laws.
  • Resolve issues with outside vendors that have not reached a resolution in a timely manner.
  • Review and communicate project results to the Country Manager.
  • Assist the Country Manager with the marketing strategies for all potential tenants.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
 
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train and develop qualified personnel under direct or indirect supervision.
  • Provide development plans for staff as needed.
  • Manage and execute budget for developing new sites.
  • Counsel and terminate staff as deemed necessary in conjunction with Human Resources.

Education and/ or Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field as Construction Engineering or Architecture
  • 6-9 years strong wireless development experience primarily in wireless site acquisition, leasing, zoning, permitting and vendor management.
  • Must demonstrate ability to work with MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD and email usage required.
 
Language Skills
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents. 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in Spanish and English (desirable)
 
Mathematical Skills:
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area and volume.
 
Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
