Summary:

Responsible for the preparation of legal documents and provide administrative support to the Site Leasing Department. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

   
  • Draft and revise legal documents such as: Tenant Leases, Amendments and Memorandums, etc.
  • Assist and review of Tenant Leases and Amendments as assigned by Leasing Managers.
  • Prepare due diligences related to Tenant Leases.
  • Update and inclusion of any prepared Lease/Amendment into REAs lease tracker.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

  • AA required, Paralegal Certificate preferred.
  • 2-3 years administrative experience working with legal documents and / or contracts/amendments.
  • Experience preparing leases and legal documents.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of and ability to work with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet navigation.
 Language Skills:
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
 Mathematical Skills:
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area and volume.
 Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
 Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  • None, but the following are preferred:
  • Notary public
  • Paralegal/legal assistant
