Summary:

 
The Intern for Site Leasing Data Support will primarily assist with gathering, updating and analyzing statistical data. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sr. Data Analyst with compiling and analyzing data reports, presentations, etc.
  • Assist with data mining research in the Project Management Database, auditing data and identifying the need for revisions.
  • Facilitate data reconciliation, as identified during the lease activity audit, by dispersing revision requests to the necessary point of contact.
  • Assist with compiling analytical commentary related to wireless carriers; such as current lease valuations, new build outs, financial impact of wireless carrier consolidation on SBA’s portfolios.
  • Assist sales team with compiling market data related to competing sites, zoning intel and developer properties.
  • Collaborate within Site Leasing team and across departments as needed.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or GED required. 
  • College degree seeking student
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have intermediate experience with Excel.

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
 Mathematical Skills:
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area and volume.
 Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
