Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Data Integrity and accuracy within the OneVizion and customers databases.
  • Interpret tracked, project related data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Assist in developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs based on data analysis.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities within the database.
  • Assist system users with approaches to recognize and correct data entry errors in a timely manner.

  • HS Diploma/ GED required, AA/AS Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a role primarily analyzing and interpreting data required, 2+ years preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working with excel at the advanced level, preferred.
  • Prior experience in the telecommunications industry, preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and proprietary on-line database systems such as OneVizion.
 Language Skills:
  • Ability to read and comprehend relatively complex instructions, correspondence, memos, and other industry specific documents.
  • Possess strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
 Mathematical Skills:Ability to calculate cycle times and project milestone durations and presents the results in formats for use by others.Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
